The Artist Currently known as Shannon Finch...

I grew up a weirdo in the wilds of the Midwest fending off the monotony by doodling my days away. My favorite subject in school was art... even during math class, which repeatedly got me into trouble. Eventually I sketched my way into the Product Design world of Women's Footwear and have been doing that to support my art and illustration habit for nearly two decades.

I have very cultured artistic interests... Pop Culture, Nerd Culture, Kustom Culture, Comic Culture... if Art Snobs scoff at it... its my kind of art! I've no interest in creating art that will change the world. I prefer my art to entertain at first glance, give you a chuckle from the subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) humor the second time... and hopefully by your third look you won't notice that I can't draw hands... :D
